This website is operated by RevUp Online Ltd, trading as woodburners4u ("we", "us", "our"). RevUp Online Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14084762, with its registered office at 86 St. Benedicts Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 4AB.

2. What personal information we collect

When you submit a quote enquiry on our website, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Postcode
  • The service you are enquiring about
  • Any preferred contact time you provide
  • Any additional details you choose to include in your message

We also record the date and time of your submission. We do not ask for anything special, such as health information, and we take no payment details through this website.

Our website is measured with privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without identifying anybody. That produces totals, not a record about you.

3. Why we collect it and our lawful basis

  • Contract and pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR): processing your enquiry and providing the wood burning stove supply and installation service you have asked about.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): operating this website, preventing fraud and spam, and improving our service.
  • Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) UK GDPR): keeping the records the law requires of us.

4. How we use your information

We use the personal information you provide to:

  • Match your requirements to an appropriate stove installation specialist who covers your postcode area
  • Contact you to arrange or confirm a stove installation or service
  • Maintain records of enquiries and services provided
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We will not send you marketing emails or texts without your explicit consent. We do not make any decision about you by automated means, and we do not profile you.

5. Who we share your information with

We share your contact details and enquiry information with an approved stove installation specialist who is able to cover your postcode area and carry out the service you have requested. Each specialist has entered into a written data processing agreement with us, confirming they will only use your details to provide the wood burning stove service and will handle them in line with UK GDPR.

We also work with the following service providers, who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

  • My Webby builds and hosts this website and passes your enquiry to us. Enquiries are stored on servers in the United Kingdom.
  • Our email provider carries the message telling us you have been in touch, and our reply to you.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Beyond the above, we share your details only where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep your information

We retain your enquiry details for as long as is necessary to fulfil the service and meet our legal obligations. In practice, this means:

  • Active leads and enquiries are retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission.
  • Anonymised submission records are retained indefinitely for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Website analytics are totals only, with nothing that identifies you.

When we no longer need to retain your personal information, we securely delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights under UK GDPR

8. Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless: they count a visit without storing anything on your device and without building a profile of you, which is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive.

Our area pages offer a map of the area. It loads from Google only if you press the button to show it, and Google may then set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Our website is served over HTTPS.
